Registration for OPEN Championship EUROPE - Slovenia, September 2-5, 2025
The registration for the WRO OPEN Championship will be done through the WRO National Organizers in the countries. Teams must participate in WRO activities in a country and qualify for this event. National Organizers can register teams for the event through the official WRO Registration System only, no other way of registration is possible.
Registration fees can be higher because of additional taxes and/or administration fees if applicable in your country. All registration fees need to be paid as soon as the registration is completed. There are no refunds possible after completing registration.
The registration starts on May 26 and ends on July 10th.
Registration Fees
What the Registration Fee Includes:
- Three (3) nights of shared accommodation with breakfast (from 2 September to 5 September)
- Local city tourist taxes
- Meals during the event: 3 lunches and 3 dinners
- Friendship activity and Friendship evening
- Local transfers between official hotels and the venue (QR code for Free public transport)
What the Registration Fee Does NOT Include:
- Transport between the airport and hotels
- Lunch on the first day (2 September)
- Dinner on the fourth day (5 September)
