Parking: on site and at hotels, how many spaces are available, is it paid parking? Do you have to pay for parking at the hotel or is it included in the price, and how many cars can park? Does every hotel have parking?

Public transportation: How can free public transportation be used?

There will be a QR code on your accreditation card and you scan it when you get on the bus. Please scan your code every time you use the bus. Each time you board the bus, hold the QR code approximately 10–15 cm below the underside of the validator. Wait for an audio or visual signal confirming successful validation. This confirms your ride and ensures the system records your usage. No additional tickets or payments are required—your accreditation card with the QR code serves as your pass for the entire period of validity, i.e. from August 31st to September 7th, 2025.

Programs: If parents come separately on the 2nd day trip, can they enter the attractions if they pay for their own tickets, or will these be closed and there will be no ticket office?

Parents can enter the premises on the second day if they come separately. The attractions and the area will not be closed for the event, and ticket offices will remain open, so parents can purchase tickets to access the attractions individually.

What is the system/process for food distribution? How will they get the requested food? bracelet or ticket system?

Food choices will be indicated on participants’ name tags using different colors corresponding to each selection. In the dining hall, there will be separate serving lines for special dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) to ensure that everyone receives the correct meal. Entry to the dining area will be allowed only with a valid accreditation, which ensures that meals are distributed exclusively to registered participants. This system is designed to streamline service and avoid confusion during meal times.

Wifi (also for info desk)
  • The RoboMission, RoboSports, and Future Engineers areas do not have public Wi-Fi. Judges and Info desk will have a separate password.
  • Whole site will have wifi and Future Innovators are included in the area with wifi, so no extra pass is needed for them
Will there be medical support at the venue?

There will be an ambulance, clearly visible on the premises. If you have trouble, find a volunteer and they will help you.

Luggage storage: Can I bring my luggage to the competition venue on the first day / last day?

On the first and last day of the event, the Info desk area will be available for luggage storage. Please note, however, that the organizers cannot take responsibility for valuables.

Overnight storage: Can robots and personal items be left on-site overnight? Is there any security?

Teams are encouraged not to leave their robot at the venue. However the organizers do not take responsibility for teams’ robots and valuables.

Availability of room for meetings

Judge meetings can be held privately in their own meeting room.

For registered participants the chill out area can be used as a meeting space, there will be tables and chairs available there. A Cafe is also nearby where both visitors and registered participants can go for a meeting.

What happens if a delegation doesn’t have a National Organizer with them?

If no NO is present:

One coach should pick up the package for the delegation at the Registration. This coach should be appointed by the NO. We kindly ask the rest of the team to wait further from the registration area so the process can run smoothly.

Lost & Found
  • In case of lost objects, please bring it to the Registration area where the Information Desk will take place
  • If a child is lost:
    • Volunteers (wearing badges and “VOLUNTEER” T-shirts) will assist.
    • Meeting Point: Registration Area.
